The Staff Pharmacist will review, verify, and dispense medication orders while providing clinical pharmacy services such as pharmacokinetic dosing and medication therapy management. They will also collaborate with care teams to optimize patient regimens and oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding activities.
Candidates must possess an ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree, with a PharmD preferred. An active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing is required for this role.
