School Based Therapist (LSW or LPC)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides mental health services, case management, and advocacy to youth and families within a school-based setting. They are responsible for maintaining documentation, coordinating community services, and participating in crisis response and stabilization efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field and possess a valid professional license. Two years of direct service experience with youth and families is strongly preferred.
