Physical Therapist Lead Opportunity

Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily department operations, staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance management.

The Physical Therapist Lead will provide direct patient care for 80–90% of working hours, including patient evaluations, assessments, care planning, and treatment.

The Physical Therapist Lead will get to mentor and develop therapy staff while promoting clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Physical Therapist Lead Qualifications

• Current state-required licensure or certification and CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of 3 years of physical therapy or leadership experience, including at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty certifications preferred.
