Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Assess patients physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs considering diagnosis, age, care setting, desire for care and response to care plan.

• Plan care, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
• Deliver competent care as required by patient, plan of care, and care setting.
• Evaluate patients responses to care.
• Provide interactive patient and family education.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
• Job Requirements
• Required
• 2 years RN experience in a Mental Health unit
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association
