Provide direct physical therapy treatments to patients in a home health setting according to the physician's plan of care. Instruct patients on the use of assistive devices and monitor their progress or reactions to treatment.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree. Requires a current state license, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
