Key Responsibilities

Pharmacists are responsible for the safe and effective provision of pharmacotherapy, including interpreting physician orders and dispensing medications. They also serve as clinical resources to the healthcare team and participate in quality and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an ACPE accredited college. A current pharmacist license in the practicing state is required, with entry-level candidates being eligible.
