Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and possess at least three years of related clinical practice experience. A current pharmacy license in Massachusetts, NH, ME, or RI is required, with board certification (BCPS, BCACP, or BCGP) highly recommended.
