Clinical Pharmacist - Ambulatory Abdominal Transplant MGH

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will provide safe and effective medication therapy for kidney, pancreas, and liver transplant patients within a multidisciplinary clinic. They are responsible for patient education, protocol development, quality improvement initiatives, and training pharmacy residents and students.

Requirements

Candidates must be eligible for pharmacy licensure in Massachusetts and possess or obtain board certification in the relevant specialty within 18 months. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience is preferred.
