Position Summary
Provides individual, family and group therapy for adolescents and young adults, ages 11-21 with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders on the Children’s Community Action Team serving Charlotte County.
Unique and individualized services are conducted in the home, school, community and the office by the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Benefits Full-time Dental, vision, health, and life insurance. Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Employer sponsored contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA), with qualifying insurance plan. Paid Time Off (PTO). 11 paid holidays. Must meet eligibility requirements 403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements.
Tuition reimbursement, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) loan repayment eligible for qualifying staff Qualifications: Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
Two (2) years clinical experience working with children/families with behavioral health concerns. Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test. Valid FL drivers’ license, insurance, and safe driving record. CBHC New Hire Orientation (NHO) completed within first two (2) months of employment.
Licensure, certification, registration are current including continuing education requirements. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all driving conditions. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
