Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings and level of care assessments using clinical knowledge and skill level; communicate the process with clients.
- Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients.
- Collect demographic and historical information relevant to the level of care assessment (LOCA).
- Gather information for and complete precertification for all managed care clients when applicable.
