Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement the plan of care established by the RPT and physician. They are responsible for providing professional and competent therapy services to residents to support their independence and well-being.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution. An active state license and the ability to meet all required screenings and certifications are also mandatory.
