Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical services including assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans through office visits and telehealth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster patient relationships and drive optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
Must hold an active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant and possess board certification in Family or Internal Medicine. Requires a strong interest in functional and lifestyle medicine along with proficiency in electronic health records.
