Key Responsibilities
This senior leadership role involves providing operational oversight across Long-Term Structured Residential (LTSR) and Personal Care Home (PCH) programs, while supervising and mentoring Program Directors and leadership teams. The Director must ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee financial performance.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or higher in a related clinical field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice. A minimum of two years of mental health experience and two years of supervisory experience is required, including at least one year leading in a 24/7 residential behavioral health setting.
