Key Responsibilities

Conduct outreach and case management

Provide support, guidance, and warm handoffs to community members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, cunseling, human services, or a related field.

Knowledge of recovery principles and experience working within a recovery

oriented, person

centered service system.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
