The professional will collaborate with public safety and emergency services to divert individuals from the criminal justice system into appropriate social services. Key duties involve conducting outreach, providing case management, offering support, and coordinating care with various internal and external providers.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or criminal justice, along with 1 to 3 years of case management experience in human services. Knowledge of recovery principles and the ability to build professional relationships with city agencies are strongly preferred.
