- Follow established workflows, tools, and scheduling processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, employees, and leadership.
- Support the team in tracking and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, generally approximately one week on and one week off. On-call participation is expected and compensated separately from base salary.
- Use technology and office systems to manage information, communication, and daily priorities.
- Support occasional local resource fairs or community events, generally within approximately 15 minutes of the office, as needed.
- Provide reliable follow-through and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced service environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year college graduate or brings equivalent experience.
- Ability to follow structured processes, workflows, and technology-based tools.
Familiarity with or comfort supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Clinical experience is not required; relevant personal or professional experience is valued.

- Willingness and ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Ability to communicate directly, respectfully, and transparently.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with a local team.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in home health, behavioral health, IDD services, ABA or a related human services setting.
- Experience working with KPIs (metrics/goals), service coordination, client records, or office operations.
- Interest in developing toward a Client Services Manager role.
Compensation and Career Growth
- Starting salary range: $50,000–$55,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
