Job Description

A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team at a nursing home in North Bergen, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license in the state of New Jersey
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive salary: $150,000–$155,000 annually
