Qualifications
Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
Active state license Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise individualized plans of care. They will work under the supervision of a physician to ensure high-quality therapy services are provided to veterans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and adherence to national board association requirements are mandatory.
