How you’ll contribute 

A Pharmacy Technician who excels in this role

* Provides pharmacy technician support for medication distribution, inventory
management, automated dispensing systems, and day-to-day pharmacy operations
under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

* Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.

* Fills medication carts on a daily basis.

* Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.

* Repackages bulk medications.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a Hight school diploma or equivalent (required). 

Additional requirements include

* Registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy in good standing and PTCB
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Intern.

* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work
with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and
take appropriate action.

* CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of
hire.
