Nurse Practitioner-Nephrology

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will provide nephrology care by rounding on dialysis patients and supporting inpatient follow-ups at hospitals. They will coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams, manage renal medications, and document patient encounters to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois, APRN certification, and BLS certification. The role requires the ability to obtain hospital and dialysis facility credentialing and a valid driver's license for travel between locations.
