Dove Healthcare is seeking a casual physical therapist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. This position will work with both inpatient and outpatient caseload and will support our location in Osseo and two locations in Eau Claire.
As a physical therapist for Dove Healthcare, you will
plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility
participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary
maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required
participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews
collaborate and supervise PTAs

Required Qualifications

doctorate degree (or bachelor's / master's degree for those grandfathered in) in physical therapy from an accredited college or university
current license as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin
we will consider new graduates that will be testing

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy programs while maintaining accurate patient records and progress notes. They will also collaborate with and supervise physical therapist assistants and participate in patient care planning and discharge processes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctorate, bachelor's, or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution. A current physical therapist license in the State of Wisconsin is required, though new graduates eligible for testing will be considered.
