  • ability insurance Up to 184 hours of PTO and holiday pay a year, growing with tenure, including a full week off at Christmas Flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek option AI-assisted documentation support 401(k) and Roth with up to a 4% company match, annual merit raises, and monetary or earn-back PTO monthly bonuses CEU support up to $1,000 a year in reimbursement, up to 16 hours of CEU PTO, and in-house learning continuums Up to 40 paid hours a year to serve on a volunteer Mission trip EKU tuition discount through the EKU Advantage Program You’re a good fit if: You are an Occupational Therapist with a current Kentucky OT license and NBCOT certification or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with a current Kentucky occupational therapy assistant license and NBCOT certification as a COTA For the COTA role, you have a minimum of two years experience as a certified COTA, with pediatric experience preferred You hold a current CPR and First Aid certification You want to work with children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses, evaluating and treating as an OT or carrying out the plan of care under a supervising OT as a COTA You like collaborating on a multidisciplinary team You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation, and you coach parents through home carryover programs Feeding experience is a plus, whether that is oral motor treatment, sensory-based feeding, texture and food progression, tube weaning, or work with infants and medically complex children Training in a feeding approach such as SOS, Beckman, Talk Tools, food chaining, or TOTS is a plus You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus We hire intentionally, because fit matters more than filling a seat.
