Key Responsibilities
The COTA will assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans to restore patient health and task performance. They are responsible for conducting community reintegration activities and documenting patient status changes for the treatment team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from a certified occupational therapy assistant program and possess current certification. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation is required.
