Key Responsibilities

The COTA provides occupational therapy modalities and treatment procedures under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to restore patient function. They are responsible for implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. A current BLS/CPR certification is required, and previous experience in patient care is preferred.
