Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of oncology medication therapy for home and ambulatory infusion patients. They also supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree and be eligible for Illinois pharmacist licensure. Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency or at least three years of hospital staffing experience is required.
