Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and effective provision of medication therapy for infusion patients in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. They also supervise pharmacy technicians, manage workflow, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy and eligible for Illinois licensure. Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or 3+ years of hospital staffing experience is required.
