Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and manage pain. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to document progress and educate families on therapy techniques.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current state license and CPR certification. Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
