Key Responsibilities
The Senior BCBA will develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans while conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing treatment data. They will also provide mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of speech therapists and mental health clinicians.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and hold a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in North Carolina. Strong leadership, supervision skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are required.
