Key Responsibilities
The Head Compounding Pharmacist will oversee compounding operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while managing compounding personnel. They will also collaborate with R&D teams to develop and scale new compounded formulations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and possess an active Pharmacist license in Ohio. Strong knowledge of USP 795 and 800 standards, along with leadership experience in a compounding environment, is required.
