Connecticut Medicaid Clinical Pharmacist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will participate in all aspects of the Connecticut Medicaid pharmacy program, including prior authorization criteria development and preferred drug list management. They will also provide clinical leadership and mentorship to account-based pharmacy staff to ensure consistent clinical decision-making and program alignment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PharmD degree and a valid pharmacist license, with at least five years of experience in pharmacy benefit management. A minimum of three years of experience working with a Medicaid PBM account and detailed knowledge of state and federal Medicaid regulations are required.
