Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist will manage pharmacotherapeutic regimens for complex patients and collaborate with physicians to develop disease state management protocols. They are also responsible for documenting care, providing clinical oversight to pharmacy staff, and performing medication reconciliation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a PharmD degree and a valid Rhode Island pharmacist license, with three to five years of experience in various pharmacy settings. Post-graduate residency or fellowship training is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
