The supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the health system's specialty pharmacy, including workflow development and staff oversight. They also collaborate with manufacturers, payers, and clinic staff to maintain accreditation and expand specialty pharmacy networks.
Candidates must hold a Washington State Pharmacist License and have at least three years of clinical or specialty pharmacy experience. A supervisory background and completion of an ASHP residency are preferred.
