Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. They also provide clinical consultations, manage patient medication records, and oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and students.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of pharmacy and eligible for Georgia licensure. One year of hospital experience is preferred, and BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
