Key Responsibilities
The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, direct patient counseling, and overseeing the clinical and operational flow of the pharmacy. They will manage inventory, resolve insurance issues, and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted New Jersey pharmacist license and possess current immunization and CPR/BLS certifications. Strong clinical decision-making skills and excellent patient-service abilities are required for this role.
