Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist Supervisor will lead, coach, and develop team members while managing operational performance, staffing, and compliance with pharmacy standards. They are responsible for reviewing clinical decision-making, ensuring prescription accuracy, and handling escalated concerns from members and providers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree and possess an active Arizona or Texas Pharmacist license. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in PBM, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations is required, along with previous leadership experience.
