Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver clinical training programs for pharmacy staff while ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to identify training gaps and support regulatory inspections through documentation and evidence of compliance.
Requirements
Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree and an active pharmacist license. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations or clinical education with strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
