Key Responsibilities

The Compounding Pharmacist supervises all compounding laboratory activities, including personnel management, quality assurance, and compliance with USP and state regulations. They are responsible for verifying compounding records, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety through accurate medication preparation and counseling.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy and an active Arizona Pharmacist License. The role requires strong math skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical capability to wear respiratory protection and perform manual tasks in a lab setting.
