UToledo Health and the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences have a faculty position opening for a Pain Management Anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesia.
UToledo Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Pain Management to join our academic team. This role focuses on evaluating and treating acute and chronic pain conditions through a multimodal approach, including medication management and interventional procedures in an outpatient setting.
The role also includes delivering anesthesia care for surgical and diagnostic procedures, with a focus on safe and effective perioperative management. Faculty will engage in teaching medical students and residents, with opportunities to contribute to research, leadership, and program development within a collaborative academic setting.
Minimum Requirements
* Education: MD or DO Required
* Eligible for or in possession of a valid medical license from the state of Ohio
* Board certified or in the board examination process of the American Board of Anesthesiology
* Completed Fellowship training in Pain Management
* Eligible at the University of Toledo and the University of Toledo Medical Center at the level of Instructor (board-eligible), Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
* Committed to the education of fellows, residents and medical students
* Eligible for credentialing at the University of Toledo, the University of Toledo Medical Center and affiliated healthcare institutions.
