Requirements
- Active IN License or IMLC
- BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
- ACLS, BLS
- 3 years experience (preferred)
- COVID Vaccination

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide pain management services in an outpatient setting, performing 20-30 procedures per week. Responsibilities include clinical patient care and documentation within the Epic EMR system.
