Key Responsibilities
The RN Case Manager facilitates interdisciplinary plans of care to guide patient progress toward clinical and cost-effective outcomes. They also mobilize resources, manage patient needs, and participate in the development of clinical standards and nursing practice evaluation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Washington State and possess at least three years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, or must be obtained within five years of hire.
