The RN Case Manager creates and implements case management strategies to facilitate medical recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured employees. They perform clinical assessments, coordinate medical services, and negotiate treatment plans while maintaining regulatory and ethical standards.
Candidates must hold a current unrestricted RN license and possess at least 1.5 years of prior workers' compensation experience. A Bachelor's degree in nursing and certification in case management or rehabilitation nursing are preferred.
