The Telephonic Case Manager creates and implements strategies to facilitate medical recovery and return-to-work plans for injured employees. They perform clinical assessments, coordinate medical services, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective treatment and claim resolution.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in a U.S. state or territory. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with professional certification in case management or rehabilitation nursing.
