This role includes assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluation of service options.

Key Responsibilities
The Case Manager assesses, plans, and coordinates medical care for injured workers to ensure cost-effective treatment and timely return to work. They act as a liaison between medical providers, employers, and claims examiners to monitor and implement comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with 3-5 years of clinical experience and hold a valid Compact RN license. Proficiency in computer programs and strong communication skills are required, with Workers' Compensation experience considered a plus.
