Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include assessing patient functional status and home environments, collaborating on comprehensive care plans, and designing treatment programs with specific functional goals. The role also involves teaching daily activities, fabricating splints, training on adaptive/prosthetic/orthotic devices, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current state-specific Occupational Therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, registered with the National Registration Examination. A minimum of two years of OT experience is required, preferably in home health, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access.
