Job description
Join ICM Inc as a Lead Therapist – ABA, Flexible Hours in Osceola, AR, USA. Osceola, AR The Lead Therapist is responsible for: * Work a maximum six (6) hours each week per client. * Of these, four (4) hours MUST be in customer’s home.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Therapist is responsible for implementing and overseeing treatment plans for clients, ensuring effectiveness through data review and staff guidance. They must model therapeutic techniques and provide support to Line Therapists to ensure consistent progress and skill generalization.
Requirements
Candidates must have knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as ABA, Discrete Trial, and Pivotal Response Training. The role requires the ability to adjust client objectives, perform data collection, and provide effective supervision to team members.
