Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will plan and provide individual and group therapy sessions aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs. They will also conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and academic success.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and possess NYS certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities or Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped. Experience in a school or special education setting is preferred.
