Job description
Join ICM Inc as a Lead Therapist – ABA, Flexible Schedule in Wynne, Arkansas, United States. The Lead Therapist is responsible for: * Work a maximum six (6) hours each week per client. * Of these, four (4) hours MUST be in customer’s home.

The Lead Therapist is responsible for implementing and overseeing evidence-based treatment plans for clients in their homes. They provide guidance to line therapists, monitor data collection, and ensure that client objectives are effectively met.
Requirements
Candidates must have knowledge of evidence-based therapies such as ABA, Discrete Trial, and Pivotal Response Training. They are expected to be proficient in data collection, prompting procedures, and program adjustment to support client progress.
