We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home health team.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize OASIS for patient admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges according to physician orders.
- Effectively manage cases and collaborate with LVNs and HHAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience.
