Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain clinical excellence.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in a clinical setting. Experience in supervising staff and managing caseloads is required to ensure effective patient outcomes.
