Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and treatment plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and provide ongoing training and support to staff to maintain clinical excellence.
Requirements
Requires professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Candidates should have experience in clinical leadership and a commitment to evidence-based behavioral health practices.
