Northwest Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, self-motivated physical therapist who is dedicated to providing high quality patient centered care. The successful candidate will conduct daily patient physical therapy treatment involving frequent interaction with both patients and physicians; provide patient care as prescribed by the referring physician based on the evaluation, assessment and design of the Physical Therapist; will assist with maintenance and updating of patient case files.

Requirements
Must have a state of Oklahoma PTA license along with a strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and physicians.
